What if I order the wrong size?
We offer size exchanges on eligible unworn items within 7 days of delivery. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.

How do I wash my waist trainer?

If you choose to machine wash, use cold water on a gentle cycle. Always air dry and avoid using a dryer, as heat can weaken the material and reduce elasticity over time.
How should I store it?
Store your waist trainer flat or hanging to help maintain its structure.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes, you will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
